  I have always liked this shop, but on my last visit, sadly, the woman who served me was rude. It felt to me as if she was being condescending, mocking and laughing at me with the other girl behind the counter, without really hiding it, while I looked around and made my purchase. It was a hot day and I'd been drinking a 'slushy' drink, and she seemed to think she had to comment on the fact I had a blue tongue in a patronising manner - who really cares, maybe she should 'live a little' and try it herself. Not the best UPS, making people feel self conscious while they shop, and as if you're looking down your nose at them, acting superior.
